Sustainability in ERSTE Realitná Renta

  • Erste Realitná Renta pursues a long-term investment strategy that promotes environmental and social characteristics.
  • Our aim is to achieve energy efficiency of properties, to be an attractive landlord for tenants and to take into account the social needs of the community related to property. 
  • When selecting suitable properties, we focus on energy efficient properties built with quality construction materials, properties with water efficiency measures, waste management and recycling, and properties in locations with existing social infrastructure or the potential to build it.
  • We use the ESG Real Estate Toolbox to assess the sustainability of the buildings in our real estate fund. The ESG Real Estate Toolbox is a set of ESG criteria that is completed as part of the Pre-Assessment Form prior to the purchase of buildings for the real estate fund.
